Pilot evaluation license summary for DataSitr. Final commercial use should be governed by a signed order form or master services agreement.
This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs access to DataSitr. Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), DataSitr operates strictly as a Data Processor. You, the Licensee, are the Data Controller. You bear absolute responsibility for obtaining legal basis and user consent before routing any Personal Data or Sensitive Data (as defined by Article 1(11)) through this gateway.
DataSitr routes requests to upstream AI providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq, and STC SambaNova integration paths when configured. Customers should review provider output before using it in regulated workflows. DataSitr is responsible for the gateway behavior it operates, but model truthfulness, bias, and provider-side availability remain subject to the selected upstream service.
The customer is responsible for securing its own identities, API keys, and downstream use of model output. DataSitr is responsible for operating the gateway controls it exposes. Suspected security issues should be reported promptly to the published security contact or the customer’s signed agreement path.
Attempts to bypass gateway controls, abuse the service, or use DataSitr for unlawful data handling may result in suspension or termination of access. DataSitr may also take operational action when required to protect customers, the platform, or comply with applicable law.
Enterprise customers should rely on a signed commercial agreement for governing law, payment terms, security commitments, and dispute resolution. This page is a pilot-stage summary only and is not a substitute for negotiated enterprise paperwork.
