Start with one real workflow and synthetic or operator-controlled data. The current onboarding process remains operator-attended, usually 2–4 weeks from discovery to a scoped pilot decision.

Not yet included: contractual uptime SLA, SOC 2 report, ISO 27001 audit outcome, independent pen-test attestation, HSM custody, and unattended data-tier failover. These remain explicit roadmap or evidence-gated items.
